Take 10 ml of Regulatpro® Metabolic (equivalent to ½ measuring cup) undiluted in the morning and evening and keep it in your mouth for a while before swallowing. If you have stomach/intestinal sensitivity, drink Regulatpro® Metabolic diluted in a glass of water.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle, which are important for health. Keep out of reach of small children.
