Cascade fermentation by Dr. Niedermaier Pharma
Cascade fermentation is a multi-stage fermentation process. Only raw materials that our nature produces serve as the basis. Hundreds of kilos of an exquisite combination of fresh, ripe fruits, nuts and vegetables are fermented with lactic acid in several successive fermentation stages using lactic acid bacteria.
