Take 10 ml of Regulatpro® Metabolic (equivalent to ½ measuring cup) undiluted in the morning and evening, keeping it in your mouth for a while before swallowing. If you have stomach/intestinal sensitivity, drink Regulatpro® Metabolic diluted in a glass of water.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle, which are important for health. Store out of reach of small children.

Shake before use. Consume within one month after opening. Do not store above 25°C.
