Chia seeds are the superfood when it comes to a high-fiber diet. © We-eat-healthy has created a recipe for a chia pudding that will leave you wanting more. Regulatpro® Metabolic gives the topping that certain something extra.
List of ingredients for 1 serving:
- 35 G Chia seeds
- 250 ml Coconut drink
- 100 G mango
- 100 G pineapple
- 10 ml Regulatpro ® Metabolic
Preparation: Chia pudding
1. Place the chia seeds in the coconut drink in advance for at least half an hour, but better overnight, stir it briefly every minute (approx. 3 times) at the beginning and then let the seeds slowly swell. Due to the initial stirring, the chia seeds do not settle on the bottom and surface, but are distributed evenly across the container.
2. Meanwhile, mix a fruity topping from the fresh mango, the Regulatpro® Metabolic and the fresh pineapple.
3. As soon as the chia pudding has swollen and has a firm, pudding-like consistency, pour the puree over it and enjoy!
To make the chia pudding a little more interesting, you can add a few pieces of fruit to both the puree and the “pudding”. This gives you something to chew and an additional fruity taste. You can also incorporate a few additional nuts or seeds.
